From time to time we may have an intro pair discount that can be unlocked by signing up to our newsletter.
Typically this is a deep discount of 50% that is only applicable to first time purchases.

WHY ARE INTRO PAIRS ONLY REDEEMABLE FOR STORE CREDIT?
We do not accept back open or worn pairs of underwear.
As we provide a huge discount on this first pair, we expect that you open and try them on, we do not require you to send back the underwear nor pay return shipping.
Providing you store credit for the price paid for the item to put towards another pair at full price, allows you to pay full price for a single pair while saving you the hassle of having to return them or pay return shipping.
We believe this to be more than fair.
MY INTRO COUPON ISN'T WORKING, WHAT DO I DO?
The code issued to you is tied to your email and requires your email to unlock it.
Make sure that you are not using an email different from the one you used to sign up.
Additionally it will not work if you've ordered from us before.
